Easy, Eggless Strawberry Ice Cream

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2010
Loved it! The best texture of any ice cream I have ever made and I just left it as vanilla, used 1 cup 1% milk, 1 cup vanilla almond milk, 2 cups cream, and split a whole vanilla bean and soaked it in the milk mixture for a few hours before freezing - the best! Thanks for sharing.

Pork Chops to Live For

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2007
Mmm..mm..mm! Delicious, easy, and smells wonderful. After 10 hrs, the meat was just literally off the bone and the gravy actually cooked up into a cross between french onion soup and stew. I added quartered small red skinned potatoes, mini carrots and sliced a large sweet onion, used french onion soup mix, and 2 cans of golden mushroom soup (cream of is just gross) one can of low sodium chicken broth and one can of fat free evap milk, just lucious, I'll bet the leftovers will be even better today. Thanks for sharing!

Granola

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2007
Thank you Susan, this is a wonderful recipe, will never buy boxed again! I would recommend taking at least 5 minutes to mix the dry and wet ingredients together for the best texture and distribution of flavors. I also prepare it on parchment lined tins in a 250 degree convection bake oven, and stir it with a spaghetti fork, works for me. Keeps fresh and crunchy in rubbermaid containers in the freezer too. Just love it!

Tasty, but topping sank into center of muffins, they were ugly but tasty with an unexpected gooey center. Will try again, maybe with less butter. Thanks.
