Buttermilk Pancakes I

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2005
This was an easy great recipe. I substituted 1/2 cup of the flour for whole wheat flour to make it a little healthier. They turned out great.

I did use 1/2 cup of milk and 1 1/2 cup of water for more of a country creamy gravy. It turned out great!

Delicious Baked Chicken Kiev

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2005
This was great! I used Kellogs corn flake crumbs instead of the actual cereal and regular milk instead of buttermilk since that was all I had. It was still wonderful. My whole family loved this recipe. I will definately make this again.

Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2005
This was great. I cut boneless chicken breasts into bites and cooked it for 4 hours and the bites were so so tender! The sauce was great over jasmine rice. I might use a little less oil next time.

Indian Chicken Curry I

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2004
Excellent. I did chop my chicken into bites so it would be more like the Indian restaurants and I used regular curry instead of hot. This was easy and it tasted so so good! Thanks.

This was so so good! I used a little less sugar and I only needed 3 1/2 cups of all purpose flour. It was worth the time. Thanks.

This was so good! I have never had any luck with potato salad, but this was easy and so delicious. I did leave out the celery and made a little extra of the mayo mix.

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

Reviewed: May 25, 2004
This recipe was good, but I made some minor changes that I think really enhanced it. First, I cut the filets into medallions. I browned the medallions in a little butter then patted off excess fat. I had already started to simmer the wine/viniger mix. I also added a heaping tbsp of brown suger to the mix. I then cooked the medallions on low (and covered) with the sauce. The wine mixture became a wonderful rich glaze and an elegant meal.I used the little excess sause in a dipping bowl for anyone who wanted extra. This was a huge hit.

This is awesome. Just make sure not to over cook the pretzel crust or it becomes very hard!

I thought this recipe was just ok! I was excited by the reviews, but my husband and I found that it was no better than the standard lasagna recipe.
