Easy Quiche
I've made this so many times, I had to write a review. It's so easy, good, and versatile. I do use 1/2 cup less milk and add a 5th egg to make it eggier. I've used various cheeses and vegetables and it always turns out great. My favorite variation was onion, mushroom, and spinach which I sautéed before folding in the mix (excluded the ham) with a share white cheddar cheese. Hats off to the creator of this recipe. It has been a star dish at many brunches special breakfast occasions in my apt!

Macaroni and Cheese with Caramelized Onions and Bacon
I made this for Thanksgiving and my family enjoyed it. I did some alterations based on the reviews and own personal preferences. I doubled the topping recipe which worked out great. I also added 8oz blue cheese for contrast to the cheddar and asiago. My only complaint was it was a little dryer that I like my mac and cheese and would add a can of evaporated milk in addition to make it a little creamier. Great overall, and look forward to making this again.
