Peanut-Ginger Marinade

I used Thai style chili sauce and white rice vinegar. I boiled the leftover marinade for 10 minutes and used it as a sauce over top. Delicious!

Shoestring Salad

This isn't the most beautiful looking salad, but it sure tastes good. Serve it immediately after you add the shoestring potatoes otherwise they'll get soggy.

Molasses Brined Pork Chops

Very good! Rainy night so ended up cooking in the oven. They turned out very juicy. By the way, if you omit the salt, you are marinating your pork chops, not brining them.
