The Perfect Cinnamon Roll Icing
This really is the perfect cinnamon roll icing! Tastes just like cinnabon! Its not too heavy, sweet or thick and it melts into glaze when you put it on the rolls! Absolutely perfect!

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls
I'm always looking for the perfect recipe for whatever I try to make...and for cinnamon rolls, this is IT. I swear they taste just like Cinnabon. I brought this to a breakfast party and everyone flipped out. They're also quite a bit easier than a lot of other recipes I've seen. Hands down the best homemade cinnamon rolls I've ever had. I topped them with AR's "The Perfect Cinnamon Roll Icing", try them, you won't be disappointed!

Sweet and Sour Chicken III
I'm always on the lookout for a good stirfry recipe, and this one was really good! I changed a few things, but it was fantastic! First, I sauteed the chicken with fresh minced garlic and ginger instead of by itself. I set it in a bowl to the side after it was done because I added lots of veggies instead of following the list above. I used carrots, celery, red and yellow peppers, baby corn and thinly sliced onion, which I also sauteed in minced garlic and ginger. I used fresh pineapple instead of canned, and replaced the pineapple juice with fresh juice from one orange. After the veggies were almost done, I threw the chicken back in with the fresh pineapple, and dumped the sauce in. I let it simmer for a few minutes until the vinegar cooked and the sauce was FANTASTIC. Definitely a keeper!
