Italian Bread Using a Bread Machine
This bread is fantastic! The flavor and texture is the same as the local Italian bread bakery. I shaped the loaves and put them on my baking sheet with parchment paper eliminating the need for the cornmeal. I also found that by making the slice down the length before rising seemed to work better than right before baking the loaves. Since I keep my house cooler, I let them rise about 1 1/2 hours giving me larger less dense loaves of bread. My entire family loved this bread and I will be making it often.

Clone of a Cinnabon
These are absolutely wonderful! The dough is very easy to work with and has such a good texture once baked. I'm not a big fan of icing on my cinnamon rolls so I increased the butter for the filling to 1/2 cup and decreased the cinnamon to 1 1/2 Tablespoons (personal preference). After I took the rolls out of the oven I inverted them onto a foil lined baking sheet so that all of the cinnamon sauce that is in the bottom of the pan is put back onto the cinnamon rolls. Yummy!!!
