Israeli Moroccan Couscous
Really delicious. I cubed the vegetables because looking at the photos it was more appealing. Also, I added garam masala instead of the tumeric because I didn't have any!

Strawberry Chutney
I forgot the mustard and skipped the honey and it was good but really too sweet; perhaps the mustard would have toned down the sweetness.

Banana Banana Bread
Definitely needs some spices but otherwise, this is not your generic banana bread!!! I followed the advice of another reviewer and used 1/4c oil & 1/3c applesauce instead of the butter.
