Barbecued Chicken Calzones

I made these for four people and nothing else. Everyone barely finished, they were so filling. Very tasty. I used different dough because the grocery store didn't have Pillsbury. It was very hard to roll out until I added more flour. I boiled and pulled four chicken breasts and added Kraft BBQ sauce to them myself. Next time I'll just buy a whole chicken I think, each one doesn't need a full chicken breast and it’s a waste of money to buy that way when you’re going to pull it anyway. Definitely an easy recipe if you don't have a lot of ingredients on you. Just chicken, BBQ sauce, mozzarella, and dough! (and extra flour in my case) I did, however, receive suggestions for adding some veggies next time, such as onions or green peppers.

I just used salsa instead of picante sauce because they didn't have it at the grocery store. It was delicious!

Easy Mouthwatering Baked Ravioli

This was a big hit. I used ground chicken and got a bag of tex mex instead of getting both mozzarella and cheddar. I think I just added all of my ingredients (all of the chicken, all of the ravioli and all of the cheese... just eyeball it. you can't really mess it up). I made this for four people and ended up with enough for seconds and leftovers.

Becca's Bruschetta

Little tip if you don't use parmesan. I kept waiting for the cheese to melt, until my boyfriend told me that feta doesn't melt. It got a bit dried out in my opinion but my sister showed up and said it was the best bruschetta shes ever had.

Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken Breasts with Herbed Goat Cheese

I used bacon instead of Prosciutto simply because I didn't know if I'd be able to find it at the grocery store. I also dropped the dates because I wasn't sure if my boyfriend would like that. I should have wrapped it tighter or used a couple of strips of bacon because the filling gushed through. I found the chicken dry.

Pub-Style Vegetarian Chili

I made this for a work potluck and again for the family, I dropped the mushrooms and added red kidney beans and corn. I also used a couple packs of taco seasoning. Also, I'm pretty sure you can use half the water it calls for. Their opinions were that it was so good it didn't even need meat. Some didn't even realize there wasn't any. And this is men we're talking about.
