Tartar Sauce I

even after sitting for hours it was too mayo-y. remade with onion powder, garlic powder, three times relish (DILL) and half the lemon juice. much better than store bought, but still needs tweaking. great base to work from, thank you.

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

this recipe worked for me, however i used way more salt and cooked it for at least an hour, turning frequently. a dash of sugar at the end was interesting, but i like the original better.

Baked Paprika-Parmesan Chicken

Made this as directed. Everybody practically inhaled it. It was voted onto the rotate list. Very easy. My oven wasnt working so i had to make it on the stove the second time around, but it was still great. I have started pounding the chicken out for faster cook time. Thanks for this recipe

Sweet and Spicy Green Beans

So easy and tasty. Admittedly, I took another reviewers advice and subsituted garlic and chili powder for the garlic chili sauce (didnt have that), also cooked green beans and asparagus in sesame oil to desired tenderness, added scallion at the end. Served over jasmine rice. I'm sure it will be just as tasty with the garlic chili paste which I will try next time.

Uzbek Plov (Lamb and Rice Pilaf)

My nephew, daughter, and husband ate every scrap. begged for more. I will have to double this one next time. I didnt have cumin or coriander seeds (just ground) so I halved that, and I didnt have the berries. We just used squeezed lemon to taste. Also, I used half water half beef stock. I will look into the berries for next time! Different and yummy.
