Saucy Pork Chops
I really liked the flavors in the sauce, but I agree that it is too thin and runny. I even tried thickening it up before pouring over the pork chops. The pork chops were very tender. If the sauce was thicker, I would give this recipe more stars.

Old Time Chicken Divan
This is fantastic. I made extra sauce because it is just so good. I substituted white wine for the sherry. Very rich!!
