This is amazingly delicious! I have had and made many versions of Shepherd's Pie through the years, but never used Lamb. Even my Son who claims to not like the taste of Lamb loved it. I let him think it was beef as he assumed, and he asked what wonderful spices I added :-) I am adding this recipe along to my daughter, my Mom, and other friends and family.
