World's Best Potato Soup

I forgot to buy the half and half so I didn't add any to soup and it turned out wonderfully! I also used a can of cream of celery soup instead of the mushroom as called for in the recipe. And I did not use as much water to boil everything either. Instead I used half water and the other half with chicken broth. My boyfriend says this is a must make!

Basic Ham and Bean Soup

My husband enjoyed this soup, but next time we will leave out the mustard powder. And we used cracked black peppercorn pepper instead of white.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cream Cheese Frosting II

I put 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla extract in due to my taste buds not liking the first batch I made. I also made sure that my butter and cream cheese were incredibly soft before creaming them together. One thing that is important is to add the confectioners sugar in increments, not all at once. I then mixed it on level 6 on my kitchen aid mixer until impeccably smooth and light. I used it on my pumpkin bars. This time it turned out better than those expensive little bakery cupcakes you pay $4 a piece for!
