I would like to gather recipes for canning, preserving. freezing, and drying food for storage.  I have been canning for years. Have been doing jams and jellies.

I would like to reccommend you go to http://pickyourown.org/allaboutcanning.htm It's my goto site for any preserves and I owe all my canning knowledge to that site.

I've been canning a lot of meals. It really helps when I don't feel well to be able to grab a jar off the shelf and have a healthy dinner. I do lots of soups, leaving out the rice, pasta or cream until I heat them, and things like the Beef Dip from this website, pulled pork, chicken, lots of things like that.

there is a great book the Ball Book of Complete Preserving, it has 400 recipes and covers both pressure canning and waterbath canning.
