Pesto Tuna Salad with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
I think this recipe could be good, but there was waaay too much pesto in it. I couldn't even taste the tuna. I think cutting the pesto back by at least half would help. I wanted a tuna salad with subtle pesto flavor, but instead this was overwhelming. I think adding some lemon would be good too.
