Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
Easy & tasty. My favorite combination. Plus it smelled great all day. Will definitely cut back on the butter next time. Used cream of mushroom instead of cream of chix soup. Served over tri-color past. Added steamed broccoli before serving.

Country House Bed and Breakfast Casserole
Be careful if you double this. I tripled the amount of croutons and used 7 eggs instead of 8. It would have been better with still more croutons. I used Zesty Italian croutons which gave it a zippy flavor. Actually a bit too much flavor for one of my guests but everyone else really enjoyed it.

Ham, Potato and Broccoli Casserole
Super easy prep. I used 2 stalks fresh broccoli. Came out a little runny and French Fries were undercooked so I left it in the oven 12 more minutes then turned the oven off and let it stand in the oven another 10 minutes. Came out much better. Next time I will bake the FF by themselves for about 20 minutes THEN add the rest of the ingredients. Just needed a little salt & pepper at the table.
