Pumpkin Loaf

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I used 3 whole eggs and 6 oz of cream cheese. SUPER moist and melted in my mouth!! I baked this and brought this with us to our mountain cabin and enjoyed in the cool morning air while sipping coffee on the front porch swing! Something out of a Norman Rockwell painting for sure! YEP...IT WAS THAT GOOD! :-)

A good recipe! I will likely do a little more with the seasoning...it was a tiny bit bland; but overall, and excellent recipe!

Pumpkin Pancakes

Wonderful texture! Nice and 'creamy'...very easy to make, too! although these are delicious the way they are, they're ot as sweet as other recipes - which is fine, because the syrup MORE than makes up for it! EXCELLENT RECIPE!

Buttermilk Chocolate Chip Cookies

Delicious! Made these for SuperBowl night and we loved them. Hubby said these were a bit salty; but I enjoyed the sweet/salty effect! Maybe next time I'll add a bit more brown sugar (I like them thin and crispy), and a dash of vanilla. Also, I use choc chips along with pnut butter chips and walnuts! TRULY A GREAT, FAST RECIPE! A+ Thanks!

Three Animal Italian Meatballs

These were excellent! I didn't have turkey on hand; but used the sausage and beef, and only 1 egg. I was a bit skeptical at first; but these meatballs were very tasty!! A+

Asian Flank Steak

THIS IS THE BEST RECIPE FOR FLANK STEAK I'VE EVER TASTED! BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER, I COULD NOT GRILL IN 24 HOURS AS THE RECIPE CALLS FOR, SO THE STEAK ENDED UP MARINATING FOR 72 HOURS. IT WAS PERFECT!! IT HAD A DISTINCTLY SWEET ASIAN FLAVOR THAT MY HUSBAND JUST LOVED. EVEN MY PICKY KIDS LIKED IT. *I DID NOT USE THE LEFTOVER MARINADE FOR SAUCE...I JUST MADE A FRESH BATCH WITH FRESH SCALLIONS AND GINGER, ETC. AND IT MADE THE PERFECT POUR OVER SAUCE. ALSO, THE RECIPE CALLS FOR "SCORING" THE MEAT, I SCORED IT ALL THE WAY THROUGH - LEAVING THE ENDS ATTATCHED SO THAT IT STILL REMAINED ONE PIECE OF STEAK, BUT WITH THE ABILITY TO LET THE MARINADE GET ALL THE WAY THROUGH. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS RECIPE MORE! YOU'LL LOVE IT!! A+ A+ A+
