Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup
This recipe was very good. I did make some changes. I used about half the celery, 1 can tomatoes, 2 onions, used spicy V-8 instead of tomato juice, added several dashes of Worcestershire,added oregano, crushed red pepper and about 1/3 cup Cholula hot sauce. It was spicy.
But, I like it that way. Eating only this for a week was a little tiresome but, I did lose weight. I will make again but, not too soon. Oh, one more thing I added instead of the green beans I used a frozen bag of green beans/edamame/mushroom mixture. Very healthy! My BF who needs to gain weight loved it too.
