Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

This recipe is excellent! I wouldn't change a thing... LOVED it!!! For anyone who likes store bought pies, this is exactly the same just better! I have to admit, it felt really good to eat something made from real lemons, as opposed to "simulated flavour." My family can't wait for the next pie!

Delicious! Amazing! Loved this recipe!!! I added walnuts instead of pistachios and the combination was just perfect! My only issue was that it crumbled when I cut into it. I may let it cool longer next time. MUST TRY!!!

Awesome! Yummy! It is quite a bit of work... but it is well worth it. Don't try making this when you are rushed. It needs a fair bit of time and patience. My whole family really enjoyed this dessert!

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

My dough wouldn't come together. I struggled to squeeze crumbs together to form a cookie. I was so frustrated.... this is strange because many other reviews found the dough too wet??? How are 2 such opposing views possible of the same recipe??? Anyway, I gave it 2 stars because they tasted good with the jam in the centre.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Fabulous recipe!!! Perfect for rolling out and using cookie cutters. My 3 year old and I had a blast making these cookies as the dough is very easy to work with. I actually made it and put it in the fridge, but couldn't get to making them until about 4 days later. They still turned out great! I was worried at first because the dough seemed to have dried out, but the warmth from my hands made it come back to life! I added the rind of one orange instead of vanilla. I found them very sweet with 2cups of sugar and rolling with flour... can't imagine using anymore sugar as others have suggested. Amazing!!!
