Spiced Quinoa

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2014
Not bad but make sure you wash the quinoa really good or it can ruin the taste of the meal. I added more raisins cus they are good! I make this as a side with some chicken.

Key Lime Pie VII

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2014
The best--I made this with only 8 large limes and I had enough juice, I also did not add the grated lime and it turned out great--nut I had to bake mine for about 20 minutes at 350 because I used a thick ceramic pie pan

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2014
As others have said use 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and boneless, skinless, chicken THIGHS. Cover with 1 14 oz can of chicken broth. Put torn biscuit dough in roughly 90 minutes before ready to serve and make sure that you push them down into the liquid mixture. Cook for 5 hours on High. Also, leave chicken partially frozen when starting out and don't tear the meat until right before adding dumplings, this keeps chicken moist as another reviewer stated.
