Lentil Soup
I thought this was a great, simple recipe. When reading reviews some said they made it vegetarian style or did something to reduce sodium. There's no meat in this recipe and its says salt to taste! WTH

No-Knead Artisan Style Bread
I just baked it on a pizza stone and it turned out beautifully. Leaving it out for a day or so before baking it really adds a great flavor to it.

Quick Yeast Rolls
What most people don't realize is that when it comes to breads, you can't always follow the recipe exactly. It depends on humidity, the moisture in your flour, amount of gluten, freshness of your yeast, etc. You have to adjust a little and do it by feel sometimes.
