Fluffy French Toast
This was the 1st time I've ever made French toast in my life and it was a hit with the family. I substituted soy milk for the regular milk since I'm allergic to anything with milk protein. I also substituted brown sugar for white sugar. I pretty much followed everything else to a "T". And ofcourse i topped it off with powdered sugar. I used white Texas toast. Soaked it in the mixture and put it in a hot skillet that had oil and butter in it. I lowered the heat to cook it slower so the inside would be cooked as well.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
this recipe is awesome!! i did omit the celery though, cause were not a huge fan..but i enjoyed it, as did my dad, and his coworkers... I did make a few adjustments though.. more of everything.. but only 1lb of the ground chuck and 1lb of the sausage..but dont skimp on the meat like i did.. it makes a big difference..also i dont think doubling the beer is necessary. I did and loved it but my dad didnt like the beer taste. I used a can of Coors. I used real bacon. I simmered all ingredients for a few hours then refrigerated and simmered for a few more the next day. I used like 8 pieces of bacon as well.also i did not drain any of the beans and used probably 5 or 6 cans of beans and atleast 4 cans of the diced tomatoes..but still only one thing of the tomato paste. If it isnt to ur liking keep adding a pinch here and a pinch there of your fav ingredients.. Enjoy!!!
