Sausage Spanish Rice

This recipe is so easy to make and the flavors blend well together. I cook it in the crockpot as indicated and I put them on tortilla's and make wraps. Awesome!

Grilled Asparagus

Loved it! I'm trying to get my son to eat more veggies. The only change I made was a splash of lemon juice and fresh parmesan cheese. Oh and some garlic powder. My son was very hesitant to taste it. I literally had to beg him. And as soon as he tasted it, he loved it! It will now become a regular on our menu. Thanks!

Million Dollar Fudge

I just made this to give out as Christmas gifts to the neighbors. Everyone raved about the fudge and they wanted the recipe. I didn't change a thing and I will definately be making more of this. Great recipe! Thanks!

Irish Cream Truffle Fudge

I'm not a big fan of fudge, but I thought I would try and make some for Christmas to give as gifts for teachers and I wanted to try the recipes ahead of time. This fudge I really, really liked. I thought the texture was great. Not too rich, nice and creamy. I did however, think the alcohol was a little strong and I love Baileys, so I'm not sure how others would like it. And mix I didn't mix it enough. However, I did notice the alcohol taste isn't as strong after a couple of days. I would definately recommend it and I wouldn't change a thing. I'm now going to try the other recipe "million dollar fudge" on this site and see how that is. Thanks for this great recipe.

Herbed Sweet 'n' Sour Chicken

After reading the other reviews, I added 2 tablespoons of brown sugar to sweeten the recipe and I marinated the chicken (breast tenders) for an hour. I also used cinnamon because I didn't have allspice. And I used Zatarains rice pilaf instead of the white rice. I really liked it and my son liked it as well. I will definately keep this recipe. It was a nice change!

Fantastic Mexican Dip

Awesome! The only change I made was mix the cream cheese/sour cream and taco seasoning, spread in pan and refrigerate for 1/2 hour to settle. Then topped the cheese mixture with the beef mixture. I substituted 1lb of beef for a can of spicy refried beans. Then topped the beef with the cheese, which melted over the hot beef/refried mixture. Then topped with lettuce, scallions and olives. The best ever!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

This dip was awesome! Even better than some of the restaurants. I actually put all the ingredients into a crockpot and set on low for a couple of hours. So easy and everyone loved it. I'm now asked to bring the dip wherever we go. Thanks for a GREAT dip!

Wienie Sauce

I made this sauce for a SuperBowl party and it was gone in 10 minutes. Even the kids enjoyed it. I also put in half the ketchup and used half barbeque sauce. It was easy to make and had a sweet/tangy taste. This is a keeper. Thanks for sharing it.
