Cinnamon-Raisin Granola

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

These are great! The only things I did different were, using all margarine, adding vanilla (as suggested by others) and added a few more oats. FANTASTIC!!!

Peppermint Brittle

Very good. As others mentioned, I swirled with semi-sweet chocolate and it was great. Took to a dinner and it was loved by kids and adults alike. Thanks for a great recipe.

Chocolate Spoons

Overall, this is pretty good. I did use beer instead and it was great. My husband loved it. I actually made it valentines day, I just noticed I hadn't rated it. I made it with the chocolate bar fondue. Good recipe to build on!

Banana Crumb Muffins

These were really good! My husband loves them and has decided he wants them again. I got twelve muffins, I made half without chocolate chips and half with. I also added vanilla at the suggestions of others. Excellent!!

Bourbon Chicken

This was a very good recipe. I made it for a Mardi Gras/Birthday celebration for work. It was the first thing to go. The only thing I did different was, I cut the chicken into bite sized pieces and then baked at 375 for 45 mins. I also didn't have time to marinade that long but it was still wonderful.

Chocolate Bar Fondue

This was excellent. We made it for Valentines day, we ate it with strawberries, bananas, angel food cake. The consistency was really great(omitting the water). I also didn't use the coffee because I don't like it and we didn't have any on hand.
