Bacon Mushroom Swiss Meatloaf
Tried this recipe last night and thought it was so bland. I added garlic and pepper and also worsertershire sauce. I was afraid to add salt because of the bacon. Still not that great....sorry

Brussels Sprouts With Browned Butter
I had company over for Easter dinner and boy these brussel sprouts were the first thing to go. I should have made more. Followed the recipe as called for and I tell you I will make these again and again...thanks for the great recipe. I tried Chef John's recipe also and we liked these better. Not sure if it was the cold water bath that did the trick because I always cooked them in a steamer and they always came out a little soggy.

Chef John's Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Made this for Easter dinner last night and have to tell you Chef John, these are amazing. My husband and I love brussel sprouts and I usually steam them but with the quick boiling and putting them in cold water really made them firm when you fried them. I don't know what cipollini onions are so I used pearl onions. I did not put them in the oven as I had too much other stuff in there. I drizzled fresh lemon juice just before serving...amazing thanks.
