Satiny Chocolate Glaze
I used this glaze on top of the Too Much Chocolate Cake recipe on this site. It. is. amazing. I don't have a double broiler so I used a glass pyrex pie pan atop a small pot of simmering water. Stir, stir, stir! For some reason my glaze came out more spreadable than drizzly, but no matter! I just spread it on the cake and sank into chocolate heaven. This is AMAZING. I will make this repeatedly!!!

Too Much Chocolate Cake
This cake is INSANE. First off, I am a TERRIBLE cook, so when I give something five stars its because its easy and amazing (and foolproof! : ). I made this last night and as per other reviews, instead of the full cup of oil I used 3/4 cup applesauce and 1/4 cup oil. I also used mini chocolate chips and sugar free instant pudding, so the whole thing was a bit healthier. I baked it in two 8 inch round cake pans for about 35-40 minutes and then put it together like a regular layer cake. For the frosting I used the recipe for satiny chocolate glaze on this site and.....wow. It is so good. I will make this again and again and AGAIN!!! It is amazing with or without the frosting, though I prefer with!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
I made this recipe exactly as the recipe says to. My only change was to half the recipe as to bake it in one loaf pan. I actually did not half the spices. This bread turned Out AMAZING!!! It did take longer to bake than the recipe states, about one hour and 15 minutes, but it was worth the wait. The texture is amazing, and the flavor is incredible. I will be making this again and again.
