Blonde Brownies I
These weer really good! followed the recipe to a t (unusual for me) and got a rich, decadent blondie. I think I was looking for something a little less buttery though, since I prefer my sweets slightly less greasy. I will continue looking for a new recipe. Great for someone who likes super-buttery baked goods though!

Energy Bars
I really like this recipe! I've been looking for recipes to use to start making my own energy bars because the store-bought ones do not have the right selection in my area. I made some changes to these due to the availability of ingredients: I changed to wheat germ for flaxseed meal, changed the sunflower seeds to almonds, and I had almost no dried fruit in my house so all I put in was a single serving box of raisins! Next time I will definitely add more dried fruit, but this was a great base to work off of! Will be adding this to my recipe box

Jo-Ann's Power Bars
I definitely look some liberties with this recipe but It gave me a great place to start from! I didn't have and grape-nuts so I used Kashi Cereal instead. I also switched out the sunflower seeds for more walnuts and added a few tablespoons of wheat germ (trying to up the protein) overall these were great! Sort of reminded me of a Clif Bar. I also used a tablespoon less brown sugar and they were perfectly sweet. I'm looking forward to trying new modifications to the recipe! Thank's for a great base!
