All-Chocolate Boston Cream Pie

To help contain this "cake" I use a "store bought" chocolate crust! I double the amount of custard and cook the cake in two 8" pans (reducing the baking time to 24 minutes). The layering is: pie crust, half custard, cake, remaining custard, cake, then glaze. I get rave reviews for this pie.

Key Lime Pie

Unbelievably simple! I followed this recipe exactly and it set up nice and firm. I cranked it out in less than 15 minutes. I'm going to keep all the ingredients on hand in case I ever need a last minute dessert. Thank you Ann.

Key Lime Pie VII

Chocolate Truffle Cookies

Now my favorite chocolate cookie! It is one of the very few cookies that is equally good on the second day (if you can manage to hide some away). I used milk chocolate chips as the last cup of chips for a my taste preference and only baked for 7 minutes. Everyone raved about these.
