Of all the stuff I've baked, this is the only item my family, friends and colleagues ask every fall if I am going to bake again. I've even gotten requests to bake as a gift for others. I actually buy pumpkins and use fresh pumpkin instead of the canned pumpkin; I feel it makes the bread more moist.
