These pancakes are delicious. I followed the recipe exactly. They are light and fluffy and very filling. My husband loved them too. They will replace our traditional pancake recipe for sure!

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2007
This was so delicious! I didn't have the condensed onion soup or ketchup, so I made my own. For the soup, I sauteed some sliced onions with beef boullion and water. For ketchup, I used 1/4 cup tomato sauce and sweetened it with some Splenda. It was so easy and so much flavor. This will be a regular meal in our rotation.

Sue's Hot Fudge Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2007
This is the best Hot Fudge Sauce ever!!! It makes plenty to use again and again. It also freezes very well. I got a million compliments. We used it as a topping for Chantal's New York Cheesecake and ice cream for the kids.

Irresistible Irish Soda Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2007
This bread was moist and very tasty. I don't like raisins so was glad to find a Soda Bread recipe without them. It is even better the next day toasted with butter. My husband raved about it. Will make this again and again.

Polish Cabbage Noodles

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2007
This is a great recipe. It makes a lot. Much more than 5 servings. It would easily feed 10 people. I think next time I will use Vidalia or sweet onions. The color of the red onions gave the dish a strange appearance. I served this with the Guiness Corned Beef recipe and it was a big hit.

Taco Seasoning I

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2007
Good, but next time I'll cut back on the red pepper flakes. I like spicy food, but it was a little too much.

Easiest Teriyaki Marinade Ever

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2007
This is a great marinade. I used it for Chicken Stir-Fry. I made the marinade and used half of it to marinade a pound of boneless chicken breast that I had cut into bite size pieces. I took the other half of the marinade and heated it, adding a slurry of 1 Tbl corn starch with 1 Tbl water to thicken the marinade to make a glaze. After I stir-fried the chicken and a bag of frozen stir fry vegetables, I added the teriyaki glaze. It was so delicious. My husband loved it. The cinnamon in the marinade is that one ingredient that makes the difference. This will become a regular addition in our house.

Creamy Banana Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2007
Hands down the best Banana Bread I have ever tasted! I did not have any pecans, so I left them out. I also used half Splenda, half Sugar. It is most and delicious and the cinnamon/brown sugar in the middle adds an extra scrumptious touch. Will make it again and again.

Whole-Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: May 22, 2005
I am always looking for recipes using Whole Wheat Flour. This is the one that I will make over and over again. I used all Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, NO white flour and used Splenda instead of sugar. These are the best cookies ever!
