It's Chili by George!!
Made exactly as directed and came out perfect. I simmered about an hour and 15 minutes before my family digged in. The seasonings came out perfect, not too strong for the kid and just right for my husband and I. This was not soupy for us. We really liked the consistency it had.

Lemon Butter Chicken
This was so easy to make after getting home from work at 5:30 in the evening. I was looking for something different to do with chicken tenderloins, as I buy the kind that come frozen in the bags. My only change was to leave out the Worcesterhire sacue and add balsamic vinegar in its place. I poked holes through the chicken so it could soak up the flavor while baking. This chicken was tender, juicy and full of flavor. Whole family was happy and I made a chicken sandwich with the leftovers for lunch at work. Will definitely make again for a quick and satisfying dinner.

Mary's Meatloaf
I make meatloaf once a month for our Sunday dinner. That said, I am always on the lookout for a better meatloaf recipe. This just might be it! I added minced garlic to it, but I add minced garlic to everything. Other than that, I made the recipe as is. Tremendous flavor that had the whole family coming back for seconds. Me and my husband even fought over who could take the leftovers to work today. Excellent!
