Wow!! These are the best tasting ginger cookies I have ever tried! I call them dangerous, because we can't stop eating them. I let the dough sit in the fridge for about 10 minutes before rolling them into balls, cuz it was kind of gooey to work with, but they turned out perfect. This is exactly the taste I had been looking for!
