A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

Balsamic Tortellini

Carol's Chicken Salad

This is good stuff!! I omitted the grapes and water chestnuts based on personal taster. I shredded swiss cheese instead of cubing it since the chicken was already cubed. I added a litte extra cheese also. I subbed 3/4 tsp sage and 1/4 tsp thyme for the poultry seasoning seeing as I was out. I served the salad on croissants and it was awesome. We had an unexpected dinner guest at the last minute and even he wouldn't stop raving about it. This will def be a part of my regular rotation!!

Best Ever Crab Cakes

I made adjustments to make 6 crab cakes, because I had 12 oz of crab. I'm rating this a 3 only because we have never had crab cakes before. So maybe we just don't care for them at all. Nothing against this recipe. I don't know. Either way, we didn't like them enough to make them again.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

I used this to frost the Frosted Banana Bars from this site. It was perfect. I still had about a cup left over after frosting a 9x3 pan. Now I have to find something to frost so that it doesn't go to waste :)

Ten Clove Garlic Marinade

I followed the recipe exactly as stated except I only used 1/3 cup oil. I marinated chicken breasts for 24 hours and they were wonderful!!

Frosted Banana Bars

I made this today for a barbecue, and it was great!! I made it in a 9x13 pan and it was the perfect combination of banana bread and banana cake. Per another review I made the Cream Cheese Frosting II from this site. Delicious!!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Wow... I just realized that I hadn't rated this recipe. I have made it more times than I can count!! I use Frank's Red Hot, because to me, that is the ONLY hot sauce!! I add at least a cup to make sure it's good and hot. I also like to use rotisserie chicken instead of can. Just the brests. Also, I never add the cheese. There is absolutely no need for it. And I love cheese. I am asked to bring this to every get together we have. And we have a lot. Thanks for this wonderful recipe!!

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

I made this exactly as the recipe states, and it was pretty good. No one was blown away by it or anything, but I think that may just be because we don't love tuna casserole. The one thing I would change if I'd make it again would be to add more cheese. The cheese was def lacking. I used crushed Pringles on the top and I believe that made a huge difference!!

Baked Zucchini Chips

I made these last night for dinner and they were sooo good. I baked them a lot longer than I was supposed to just because I got side tracked, but they were still okay. Next time I'll pay attention and I'm sure they'll be great.

Garlic Chicken with Orzo Noodles

I thought this was pretty bland. I cooked the orzo in chicken broth and even added more parsley and garlic. It was still just okay. I may try again by adding other ingredients, because the recipe is a pretty good base.

Chicken Fajita Pizza

This is a great recipe!! I made a few minor adjustments. I cut the chicken and green pepper into bite size pieces. I also spread the salsa on first like you would normally do with pizza sauce. I used Cheddar Jack cheese. I will be making this often!!

Incredibly Easy Chicken and Noodles

LOVED IT!!! I served it over mashed potatoes just like we ate it in Ohio when I was a kid. This was the best I've had. It made a ton, but that's okay. I froze the rest, and will happily eat the rest later!!

This was a good, easy recipe, but I don't know if I'd make it again. I used 8oz of cream cheese, because I knew 3 wouldn't be enough for me. Still, was just good, not great.
