I'm married have 3 grown kids and 5 grandchildren.Cooking is what I really enjoy doing.I think I'm pretty good at it.People seem to like my food alot. When I first moved out of the house (I was 17) then, I didn't know how to cook much of anything.Learned quick though, cuz I had to or starve.
My favorite things to cook
Mexican, Italian are probablly my favorite foods and of course, steak.I am not a picky eater and basically eat anything.I can't believe I'm not fat for how much I eat.
My favorite family cooking traditions
On Christmas growing up, all the relatives would get together and we always had to have ham and Hungarian sausage. We had the ham because the sausage was to spicy for the little ones
My cooking triumphs
I worked in a large factory when I lived in Milwaukee.I was in charge of our Christmas party in my dept.We had about 160 people in it and I made all the food.It turned out pretty good too.Talk about alot of pressure.
My cooking tragedies
To me, if I try a recipe and for some reason it doesn't turn out, I get upset about it and feel like I let everybody down
