Spicy Baked Feta (Feta Psiti)

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2009
This is delicious! It's also ridiculously easy, but unique, so it's impressive.

Aunt Blanche's Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2007
These muffins came out delicious. The only changes I made was swapping one cup of the white flour for whole wheat pastry flour and used raw turbinado sugar instead of white, and they still came out very light and delicious.

Cranberry Nut Bread I

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2006
I used all whole wheat flour and turbinado sugar and it came out really, really tasty. I also only happened to have extra virgin olive oil on hand, but I really wanted to make the bread so I went with it, and actually I liked the very, very faint, delicate flavor that it added. I didn't have a problem with the bread not rising, even with the whole wheat flour. Next time, I might use a full 2 cups of chopped fresh cranberries. Thanks for the recipe!

Seven Layer Bars

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2005
This is a delicious combination of ingredients! However, if you follow the directions provided with the Seven Layer Magic Cookie Bars recipe submitted by Eagle Brands, they come out much prettier and easier to cut and eat. It's the same exact ingredients -- just a different method.

Apple Scones

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2004
This is the best scone recipe I've tried! I doubled the amount of shredded apple and they still didn't have a very distinctive apple taste but they were de-lish none-the-less.

Grandma Minnie's Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2004
These cookies were easy to make, the dough was easy to work with, and they came out tasty. The only problem was that they became bumpy after they were baked -- so they don't look very pretty if you don't frost them.

Cheese Fondue

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2004
I have made a few different cheese fondues before and have been successful, but this recipe was a disaster for me. It was beyond stringy. The consistency left a lot to be desired.
