Chocolate Banana Bread

Comes out moist with melted chocolate chips! Delicious! I didn't have any cocoa powder so I just omitted and it still turned out great.

Scout Cookies

These cookies were great! Super soft and easy to make. I didn't have any vanilla left, so I used almond extract and sprinkled them with powdered sugar and they were super delicious!

Delicious! I didn't add any optional stuff, and I didn't have nutmeg, so I doubled the cinnamon. Amazing, everyone loved it and the house smelled great. I also doubled the amount of crumb topping, as per previous comments, but I had tons left over, so I'm not entirely sure if it was necessary.

Coconut Pound Cake

I made this for my brother's birthday cake a couple of years back since he loved this coconut cake our great aunt used to make. Since then, I've been forced to make this for multiple birthdays, bake sales, picnics, weddings, and showers. It's delicious! I don't put the walnuts in the glaze though and when I pour the glaze over the cake, I usually poke holes in it so it seeps through and adds flavor. I've also made this a few times as little cupcakes and added a little cinnamon to the batter, they turn out great and great for bake sales (sold out in a matter of minutes!)

Quick and Easy Brownies

These turn out super great every time and it's nice not having to melt chocolate down! I also reduced the flour, and line the pan with parchment paper (makes them easy to take out of the pan and less cleanup)! Brought them to work, and I got several people asking for the recipe and even to marry me! Must try!

French Apple Tart (Tarte de Pommes a la Normande)

Beautiful tart and rich with layers of flavor. However I found the recipe a little complicated for my test, but it was definitely worth it!

Apple Strudel Muffins

Moist, not-too sweet, and keep easily for a few days. The topping didn't turn out as expected, it almost caramelized on top, but it was still quite good and smelled amazing. Worth a try!
