This turned out much better than I anticipated. I followed some of the other reviewers suggestions/ideas because I didn't have corn flakes so I used tortilla chips. The only caution on this is that the tortilla chips made it a little more salty. I added ranch to the sour cream. Excellent. Extremely moist. I did have to cook for the full hour because I only could fit 3 boneless chicken breasts in a 9x13 and they were still partially frozen -- yes they were huge and it fed 7 people with a breast left over.

I have been making this recipe for about 20 years and it is always a hit. It has become one of my personal specialties!!! My husband always requests it for all his "special" days! It is really simple and they freeze well. I've tried a couple of variations but I always return to this same basic recipe! I am so glad to have found this recipe on here -- my original recipe is so dog eared I was ready to laminate it!!!

Awesome! I had to try this one when I saw over 1000 reviews and it still had a 5 star rating. Now I know why. This has to be the best lasagna recipe I have found (not runny like other recipes). Also, this is one of the few recipes I followed without making my own change with one minor exception. The only change I made is that I added an extra noodle at each layer (cooked extra because of breakage and I wanted to use them up). My kids asked for seconds!!! This will be the only lasagna recipe I use. Thanks and I will look for other recipes by Rosemary Stoker!

I really thought this was an interesting twist on meat loaf, even though I thought some of the ingredients were little "different". I decided to make it as directed. Everyone really liked it -- especially my husband. It was really moist, had good flavoring even thought I was afraid the onion soup mix would be too overpowering. It wasn't. This has been entered into my recipe box to be made again!

Great recipe for leftovers. We modified it a little bit because our turkey leftover was too thick to roll. We made the recipe and put 1/2 of the prepared stuffing in a casserole dish, added the turkey and then the remainder of the stuffing and covered it with the soup mixture. We put the french fried onions for the last 5 minutes. It turned out great!!!

I love this recipe! What a great way to use leftover chicken! I wanted a "basic" chicken salad recipe (my husband and I are not great fans of grapes in chicken salad) so I was looking for something a little different and I found it! This is now part of my recipe box and will be a staple in my kitchen during the summer! -- After making this a few times, we have found that no matter what type of chicken we use (grilled, baked, etc), we always need to add some additional dill and celery salt. It really seems to make a difference. Thanks for a great recipe!!

I have made this several times and it is always a hit. I have done minor variations in the cheese - only because I used whatever was in my cheese drawer at the time. I also added much more garlic (as other reviewers mention) but I minced mine so that some of it stuck to the chicken. My family loves this (kids have it with Ranch dip) and I love having leftovers that don't get thrown out! It's great chopped up with a green salad and a honey mustard dressing. Thanks for a new staple to my recipe box!

I thought this recipe turned out very well. I had to do some slight modificaions because I didn't have some of the ingredients i.e., sub red for white wine, added mushrooms and used an italian flavored tomatoe product. My husband really liked it and since I HATE fish, I liked the idea of "masking" the fish. I actually thought it was very good. Nice alternative for the Lenten season.

Wasn't sure how this was going to turn out but what a hit! Thought the carrotts and corn were a little weird but with a little tweaking, I will be able to get a child who HATES mashd potatoes to eath them! Thank you for this new staple in my recipe box!!! Also, I ommitted the jalapeno and used a mexican shredded cheese product that had jalapeno peppers in it. Will add a little more spice/flavoring next time but this is still a great side dish - a nice variation to the same old potatoe!!!
