Red Velvet Cupcakes
Honestly, this was my first try on this recipe....I WAS AMAZED at how delicious the recipe came out!!!! It has the perfect balance of sugar! My husband and I have very sensitive palate to sugar....it came out not too sweet. I decorated some of them with buttercream and others with powdered sugar glaze...they were DELICIOUS. If you wish to preserve their moist a bit longer, I recommend to decorate them with the sugar glaze and make sure your muffin or cupcake pan has a lid. Keep them covered in a dry but not extremely cold place.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
This recipe is quite good. I would modify it for less of some of the ingredients. I found that the chili beans, the tomatoes (with chilies) and the taco seasoning are just too much. The soup was way to spicy at least for our taste. I will make this recipe again however I will add half of the amounts of the aforementioned ingredients or would add little by little those ingredients especially the chili beans and taco seasoning until I get the desired spiciness before covering the slow cooker to let it do its job.

Hunts(R) Tomato and Bacon Tortellini
Excellent! I honestly think does not need anything else! I actually increased the servings to have a remnant of sauce to freeze for later. The minute I tried it, the cheesy flavor brought some childhood memories of my mom making white spaghetti for me! None of the flavors are overpowering it is just a perfect recipe!
