Best Brownies
Such an easy no fuss recipe! Key to this is to NOT over mix, and I underbake To just 20 minutes because I use a glass pan. Only problem was the brownie was stuck to the pan so I cut up into 9 squares and then took out one by one. Used 2/3 of sugar and no frosting. Still very sweet. I will reduce a bit of sugar next! Comes out chewy on the sides and a bit fudgy in the middle.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I did not have baking soda so put 2 teaspoons of bakign powder instead and mashed the bananas. Would not change a single ingredient!!! Needed about 1 hour and 20 minutes in the oven.

Banana Banana Bread
I mistakenly used self rising flour but it still came out great!! It came out more like a bread consistency. Also, I must have used about 5 medium/small sized bananas.
