Baby Back Ribs

I made these for my girlfriend and she claims they are the best ribs she's ever had. I did include Cathy M.'s famous rub on the ribs. They turned out quite spicy and the broil with the sauce makes them sticky, neither of which I like, but both of which my girlfriend loves, so that means I'll be making them her way every time. They turn out super tender, in fact her only complaint is that they actually fall off the bone to the point where you grab a rib and pull and all you get is bone. My friend joked about this being how they make the McRibs without any ribs. I've tried without marinating in advance and the flavor just doesn't sink in very well, but delicious nonetheless. On some occasions I've also used the more cost affordable spare ribs instead of baby backs and they still turn out great without any change in the recipe. This has become one of my staple recipes when I'm looking to impress someone.
