Chicken Pot Pie IX
This was my first time making chicken pot pie. It was DELICIOUS! I used the refrigerated Pillsbury Crust. I followed the recipe to the T and it wasn't too dry or bland. I did add a smidgeon of thyme but that was it. This is a keeper for sure!

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole
This was so good. I made made it for a Christmas party and all but one spoonful was left. I sauteed the onions ahead like many others did. I mixed some cheese in with the bean mixture, added some on top, then added french fried onions and then added a little bit of cheese on top. Next time I make it I think I will put less french fried onions on top. I will definitely make this dish again! My husband doesn't like can veggies but loved this dish. Will definitely make again!

Fast Chicken Soup Base
First time making chicken soup and it was delicious. Next time I will put the vegatables in after the broth has been strained. I added pasta and next time I will add more veggies.
