Blueberry Crumb Muffins

I'm giving it 4 stars because I must have done something wrong. The crumb part sunk to the bottom and made the bottoms mushy. I made them for dessert but called them "Blueberry Upside Down Muffins" cause we inverted them onto the plate. Next time I'll dot the crumb part around instead of 1 blob.

Fast and Easy Pancakes

I tried this recipe twice. First time used the blender, were so runny that I assumed I over mixed. Second time mixed by hand and still runny. I only mixed until the ingredients were combined. Turned out so flat! I'm normally a very good cook and baker. I think there is too much milk in here. IF I try again, I might only use a cup or so of milk.

Mandarin Orange, Gorgonzola and Almond Delight

the oranges make for a wonderful flavor. the cheese is very strong (like blue cheese) so i wouldn't use quite as much. i would also increase the vinegar amount in the dressing or purchase a bottled sesame dressing to brighten the flavor. over all, it's a great summer salad for something different.

Cheese Ball

I drained as much juice as i could and it still wasn't enough. It was way too mushy to form into a ball. I wouldn't use as much pineapple if I were to make this again. I didn't care for the flavor of the mixture either. I ended up tossing the whole batch. It was way too sweet.

Greek Pasta Salad I

This is a wonderful recipe! My family always loves when I make this salad at parties and I always make an extra large batch for leftovers. The homemade dressing would be great on other salads also!
