So easy compared to other fudge recipes that require temperature themometers. I chose to use half semi sweet and have sweet morsels. I melted the margarine first. I microwaved for 4 1/2 minutes setting timer every 1 min 30 seconds to stir. Also I added a cup of mini marshmellows. This fudge came out awsome. My husband is very critical and he couldnt find anything wrong with it! As a matter of fact he wants me to make it again!
