I just got done baking a batch of cookies and oh my goodness- it turned out so delicious. I had to leave out the teaspoon of salt because I used salted butter. I also didn't press down my dough with a sugared fork because I added some raisins to my dough. To get a nice chewy cookie all I did was roll a 2 inch ball and pressed it down firmly (not too much though or you'll have a crunchy one) and then bake it for 12 minutes in a 375 preheated oven. I decided to make this for my husband who is a flight engineer in the Air Force & his flight crew since they'll be flying early in the morning and I wanted them to have something to munch on during the flight! :) Give this recipe a try and I promise you that you'll love it!
