Delicious and so moist! My family had NO idea they had zucchini in them until I told them. They couldn't believe it. I left out the walnuts. These are awesome brownies! (I also worried about the dry-looking, crumbly mix before dumping it into the pan ... even double-checked the recipe ... but they turned out great. The zucchini provides the moisture.)

Vegetarian Meatloaf

Good, but too much BBQ sauce. Next time, I'll either use half the amount (or even less), or I'll try using gravy instead. Otherwise, good recipe!

This is awesome! My entire family loved it. I will definitely make this again. Oh, and I didn't have mushrooms at the time, so I used shrimp instead. Delicious!

Orange Spiced Carrots

I love these! Great recipe. My husband didn't care for them (he doesn't like carrots much), and my three-year-old didn't care for the "sauce," but I thought they were excellent. I will make them again (for myself, that is). :) Thanks!

Carrot Burgers

I thought these were very good. My three-year-old liked them as well. My husband doesn't care for carrots much, so he didn't care for them. However, I plan to make these for myself and my daughter. Thanks for the recipe!

Mediterranean Chik'n and Artichokes

GREAT recipe! I didn't buy the marinated artichoke hearts, so I used Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Parmesan salad dressing instead of marinade. I also halved the broth and used half water. VERY good! I will make this again and again. Thanks!

Slow Cooker Tomato Sauce

This sauce would be much better without an entire teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Oh my gosh, it was SO spicy! My family could barely eat it. I'm giving it four stars, but I'm sure the next time I make it with MUCH less ground cayenne pepper, it'll be a five-star recipe.

Original Homemade Italian Beef

YUM! This is an awesome recipe for roast. I put a few pepperoncinis in the crockpot while the roast was baking, and it added a lot of zest to it. I highly recommend this recipe!
