My best triumph would have been when I took a batch of my Pedaheh using Ukrainian language better known as perogies to work for lunch for the guys and they said they were the best.. My Paska is good but still working on it..

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

Made this recipe but did not taste it myself.. Took the cornbread to the guys that I worked with for lunch and they eat all of it.. Must have been good..

No Knead Beer Bread

Came out okay but I will cut down on the bake time next time.. To much crunch on the outside and just a bit dry on the inside.. I'll give it another try..
