When I tried these for the first time, mine came out all cakey in the middle, and way too sweet, only the edges were good. Next time, I might have to follow the reviewers comments.

Golden Pecan Pie

I am really not sure what happened... I followed the directions to a T, but my filling just did not turn out. I usually bake apple and cherry pies, and this one time I decided to try a pecan pie. The crust and the top were beautiful, and I felt so proud of myself when I took it out... I let it cool down completely before cutting into it, but when I did take the knife to it, a whole syrupy mess just came out! I thought it looked funny when the filling was a little too runny... But you know, the taste was impeccable. Great taste.

Homemade Vanilla Pudding

Well, I followed the directions of others first, and then it turned out perfect!! Sadly, I didn't heed the warning of it being too sweet...But I still like the pudding! Next time, I need to really taste it when it's cooking to adjust the sugar amount.

Funnel Cakes IV

Wow! That came out great! Now, I do wish I had added Vanilla to it... I also followed the reveiws and cut the flour back. I didn't have a funnel, so I used a ziploc back. Otherwise, this was great! A must-keep.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Wow, I just love this recipe!!!! I've made it three times, but once it came out wrong... I think because I accidently killed the baking soda (make sure you follow the recipe EXACTLY)... Otherwise, like the title, they are the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies ever!!!

Basic Flaky Pie Crust

Best pie crust ever! I'm not sure why I have never reviewed, I always use this crust for my pies! It's so flaky, and it's good! I simply add about 3 tsp of sugar for sweetness.
