Simply Roasted Artichokes

Reviewed: May 7, 2013
This is a great recipe. I love garlic, therefore, I cut slices of a clove and insert in different area's of the artichoke vs 1 clove in the center. I provides more flavor for the entire artichoke.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2011
This was perfection...! I only used 1 lb. of shrimp and only did 1/2 of the sauce. It was awesome. The only change I made was to chop about 2 cups of fresh spinach and stir in with the shrimp. It was great. Tasted very much like the shrimp portofino at Macaroni Grill... yum..

Four Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2009
This has now become my favorite! The family loved this last night. I didn't have muenster, so used the mozzerella I had in the fridge. Used 2 cups of 1/2 & 1/2, melted the velveeta cubes in the 1/2 and 1/2. Also, put in a lb of cubed ham...yumm. I used to make Chuck's mac n cheese, but this recipe edges that one out. Thanks for sharing!

Potato Salad With Bacon, Olives, and Radishes

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2007
I made this a couple of weeks ago and didn't save to my recipe box.. I was frantically looking for it as everyone LOVED it! I used black olives as that's all I had on hand. Also, reduced the amount of bacon, and added 2 diced hard boiled eggs. It was totally awesome and I'm so glad I found it. It is now saved to my recipe box!

Asian Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2007
This was great.. I also did not use the butter for browning the noodles/almonds/sesame seeds. I just put spray PAM into the pan w/about 1 tsp of sesame seed oil and browned over low heat. Once browned, I put one packet of the Ramen seasoning into the noodle/almond/sesame seed mixture. I also eliminated the 3/4 cup vegetable oil and reduced to 1/4 c olive oil with about a TBS of sesame oil. It turned out really great. I ended up using one full bag of slaw mixture and a half head of Napa cabbage..

My family LOVED this recipe. The only changes I made.. added fresh garlic as suggested by another review. I didn't have fresh mint (and don't care for anyway) so, added cilantro instead. Reallly YUM.. Thanks for sharing!

Thai Noodles with Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2006
I made this last night that it was a hit with the family. 'A Keeper' as my husband puts it. I followed advise from others and made a bit more sauce. I also had a tube of the ground lemongrass - Gourmet Garden Brand (found in the produce section in the tubes) I squeezed a bit of that into the marinade. Turned out great!

Caesar Salad Supreme

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2004
My son and husband loved this! My husband is a Caesar Salad specialist - this definately exceeded expectations. My son LOVES Briannes brand - and he said this was 10x better. I only put 2.5 anchovies in... I'm not a big anchovy fan, but agree that it's a definate must for a caesar dressing!! Thanks, will make again and again!
