Chef John's Macaroni and Cheese

I followed they recipe to the "T", it turned out beautiful and very creamy but, I did not care for the taste all. If I make it again I will definitely leave out the thyme and probably the nutmeg. I am rating it a three as it was a fairly easy recipe to make and except for the taste turned out OK.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake V

Too sweet for my liking. I followed recipe to the "T" and the top layer cracked (large cracks) when I placed it on top of the bottom layer, also had a difficult time when cutting it, it broke all apart.

Unbelievably Awesome Barbeque Chicken Pizza

I made this for my husband, it was just OK. He enjoyed it but didn't ask for me to make it again, which he always does when he really enjoys a new dish.

Spicy Sausage Soup with Cilantro

My kitchen smelled wonderful and my husband loved this soup, said it was the best he ever had. I have a request to make it for his mom. I simmered the soup for 1 1/2, and it was still perfect. Yumm.

Banana Chip Muffins I

Chocolate Torte

Orange Cream Cake I

Very light and refreshing. I made it for the gang at work.....we all loved it, many had second helpings. I would definitely make this again and again.
