Cinnamon Swirl Bread
I just finished making this and it's already gone. I have to make another one for the morning! I even ate a piece and I usually don't eat baked goods. It wasn't too sweet or too rich. It was perfect and would be great with my morning coffee. The only things I did different was add a tsp of vanilla and used 1/3 cup of brown sugar instead of white (just with the hopes of a darker swirl). Next time I'm going to use applesauce as other reviews recommended because it did crumble a bit (probably my fault though) but it is really perfect the way that it is.

Savory Chicken Breasts
My family is full of very picky eaters and finding new ways to spice up our menu is pretty hard but this recipe was a big hit! They loved it so much that they asked for it instead of turkey this Thanksgiving. Because they're so picky I did make a few modifications though. I substituted the swiss cheese for mozzarella cheese because I'm the only one who likes swiss, and chicken gravy for the chicken soup. All in all a wonderful recipe that was easy to make and a great new addition to our menu. Thanks!

Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men
This was only my second time ever making home-made cookies and I must say this recipe was fantastic and very easy to make, though I didn't follow it exactly. I did what other reviewers suggested and halved the cloves and doubled the other spices. I also used honey instead of molasses because that's all I had. The dough was perfect, easy to roll and cut. My kids enjoyed cutting the shapes and icing the cookies. The end result was the best gingerbread cookies I have ever eaten. My family loved them so much that they ate the entire batch within 24 hours (which was almost 3 dozen!) and asked me to make more. My oldest daughter also asked me to make some for her school Christmas party and bake sale. Thank you for a wonderful recipe that my family enjoyed making and eating.
