High-Fiber, High-Protein Breakfast Bars

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2014
These are just great. I didn't have protein powder so I used some dry milk and added a bit more vanilla, also used natural peanut butter throughout. They have just the right sweetness, hold together well and are very satisfying! I'm going to try adding some chopped nuts or dry fruit next time. I also want to try Nutella. Mmmmmm, Nutella...

Aloo Phujia

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2013
This was a delicious dish and just in time. I harvested one hill of potatoes today and the tomatoes are at their peak. The only suggestion I have is to peel and seed the tomatoes, and I used less oil-just my habit. I served this on a bed of steamed shredded kale and added some ground black pepper at the table. I'll make this again!!

Foreign Devil Fried Rice

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2012
I could eat this every day for the rest of my life, and the description and recipe tips are great. Even though I have an electric stove and used an old heavy-bottomed steel pan, it turned out yummy with lots of great texture and color!

Garlic Pita Bread Bites

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2012
Thse are fast and tasty, and a great way to use pitas that are a bit stale. I like to split them and brush on the butter mixture and then use a pizza cutter to slice them up. Thanks--this is a winner!

Mall Pretzels

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2012
They are nice and chewy. Next time I might try letting them rise a bit longer then punch down the dough and let it rest before rolling it out. Very elastic dough!
